Q: What should I do before and during my massage?
A

  • Pre-treatment shower is recommended but not necessary.

  • Refrain from wearing makeup and tie back long hair.

  • Turn off or silence your phone during the massage.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure and apply sunscreen after exfoliating treatments.

  • Drink water before and after your session.

  • Wear a bathing suit or loose clothing; sarongs are provided.

  • All equipment is provided, including towels, pillows, and massage tables.

​Q: What should I expect during a spa massage?
​A: Our certified therapists will set up 30 minutes before your appointment. We provide all necessary equipment. Depending on the treatment, access to an outlet, sink, or shower may be required.

Q: Can treatments be adapted for special conditions?
​A: Yes, spa treatments can be adapted for pregnancy or specific health concerns. Please inform us during booking.

​Q: What should I bring to my appointment?

A: You don’t need to bring anything special; we provide all necessary equipment and attire. We also offer outcall services, so you don't need to bring anything as we will come to you.

​Q: Do you provide gift certificates? 

A: Yes, gift certificates are available for all services and can be purchased through email or WhatsApp.

​Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm appointments.

Q: What are your spa rates?
​A: All prices are in USD. We accept cash and PayPal.
